Help ! I would like a refund on
purchasing Eric's solitaire. It is like heroin and in relation to this game, I
am afraid that I am like a heroin addict. Please accept my apology for any
inconvenience but I am not strong enough to be moderate or sober in relation to
this new drug.

I
hate refund requests. Not only do they cost money and take up our time, they're
insulting: "Your game is no
good."
This one's at least not
insulting. "Your game's too good!" But if everybody who played the game a lot
wanted a refund, we'd be in big
trouble.
Of course we issued the
refund, but it seems an odd train of thought to think one is deserved. If I buy
a game, play it obsessively for three weeks, and then throw it away, I consider
myself very lucky for finding a game that entertained me so long. I've been
playing Spaceward Ho! for 15 years -- I
really
need a refund for that one.
